Owner/Managing Partner Brad Wills set out to inject a unique ‘aloha’ experience to the community of San Carlos. Boldly willing to move into a space which had seen 4 former restaurants unable to establish themselves in the last decade, Brad knew he had to compensate for the hard surfaces that burdened the previous tenants while protecting Noelanis aloha atmosphere as the venue hosts weekly live music performances.
